We stand behind our product. If HashBar Pro doesn't meet your expectations, we'll issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.

At HasThemes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee on all HashBar Pro purchases. If you're not satisfied with the plugin for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- This is your first purchase or first refund request for the same product
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at help@wphashbar.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your order number or the email address used during purchase
- Optionally, let us know why you'd like a refund — your feedback helps us improve
We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued through FastSpring (our payment processor) to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
What Happens After a Refund
Once a refund is processed:
- Your HashBar Pro license key will be deactivated
- You will no longer have access to Pro features, updates, or priority support
- You may continue to use the free version of HashBar available on WordPress.org
Yearly Subscription Refunds
For yearly subscription plans, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the initial purchase. If you wish to cancel a subscription renewal, you can do so at any time before the renewal date through your FastSpring account or by contacting us. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period after the 30-day window.
Lifetime (One-Time) Purchase Refunds
Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date under the same terms as yearly plans. After 30 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined in cases of:
- Requests made after the 30-day refund window
- Repeated purchases and refund requests (abuse of the refund policy)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
