"Plugin" refers to the HashBar WordPress plugin, including both the free version available on WordPress.org and the premium HashBar Pro version
"License" refers to the right to use HashBar Pro, granted upon purchase
"User", "You" refers to any individual or entity using our website or plugin
"Website" refers to wphashbar.com and all its subdomains

2. License Grant

Free Version

The free version of HashBar is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPLv2) or later, as published by the Free Software Foundation. You may use, modify, and distribute the free version in accordance with the GPLv2 license terms.

Pro Version

Upon purchasing a HashBar Pro license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Install and use HashBar Pro on the number of websites specified by your plan (Personal: 1 site, Developer: 5 sites, Agency: 1,000 sites)
Receive plugin updates for the duration of your license (1 year for yearly plans, lifetime for one-time purchases)
Access priority support for the duration of your license

You may not:

Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense HashBar Pro or your license key
Share your license key publicly or with unauthorized parties
Use HashBar Pro on more websites than your plan permits
Remove or alter any copyright notices, proprietary legends, or trademarks

3. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed through FastSpring, which acts as our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you also agree to FastSpring's terms of service. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location, as determined by FastSpring.

Yearly Subscriptions

Yearly plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your FastSpring account dashboard or by contacting us.

One-Time (Lifetime) Purchases

Lifetime plans provide access to updates and support for as long as HashBar Pro is actively maintained and developed. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all HashBar Pro purchases. For complete details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

5. Support

HashBar Pro license holders are entitled to priority email support for the duration of their active license. Support covers:

Plugin installation and configuration assistance
Bug reports and troubleshooting
General usage questions

Support does not cover:

Customization or modification of the plugin beyond its intended functionality
Third-party plugin or theme conflicts (though we'll do our best to help)
General WordPress development, hosting, or server configuration

6. Intellectual Property

HashBar, the HashBar logo, and all related trademarks, trade names, and brand elements are the property of HasThemes. All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and documentation — is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

7. User Obligations

When using our website and products, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when making purchases or contacting support
Use the plugin in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive the source code of the Pro version (beyond what is permitted by applicable law)
Not use the plugin for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
Keep your license key confidential and secure

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

HashBar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all WordPress configurations, themes, or plugins.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HasThemes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the plugin or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website and plugin may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., FastSpring, WordPress.org). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license and access to our services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our refund policy. Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated and you must cease using HashBar Pro.

13. Governing Law
